The Alchimie Workshop offers a true immersion into the delicate art of blending fine wines. Nestled in the refined setting of Château La Fleur de Boüard, this timeless experience allows you to step into the shoes of a flavor artisan, where intuition meets expertise.
Upon arrival, one of our experts will welcome you for a guided tasting. Through the discovery of several iconic cuvées from the estate, you’ll learn how to decipher aromatic subtleties, taste balances, and the richness of each grape variety.
Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and sometimes Malbec… each reveals a different facet, an emotion, a story. But the true heart of the experience begins afterward: it’s your turn to take the lead!
Like a cellar master, you will compose your own blend. By playing with proportions, you’ll seek the perfect harmony according to your taste: more roundness? A touch of freshness? A fruitier nose or a longer finish?

Quitterie Gauchery
Passionate about wine and its secrets, Quitterie Gauchery has been sharing her expertise and love for the terroir for over three years as a wine educator, including two years at the estate. Based near Domaine La Fleur de Boüard, she guides both amateurs and professionals in discovering wines, grape varieties, and tasting techniques.
With an accessible and friendly teaching approach, and fluency in several languages, she shares with precision and enthusiasm the history of the estate, the stages of winemaking, and the subtle art of sensory tasting. Her goal: to awaken the senses, enrich knowledge, and offer an authentic experience around wine.
