Going beyond mere know-how, Château La Fleur de Boüard produces a (great) growth within the growth, a gem to be appreciated for its taste qualities. Bursting with fruit and subtle aromas. The pleasure-giving dimension is Hubert de Boüard’s signature, and can be found in the wines of both La Fleur de Boüard and Château Angélus. Well-built wines, very well crafted with perfectly ripe grapes.
It is also a wine that conveys emotion, immediate pleasure. A real treat on the palate, with great freshness and very evident tannins without being aggressive – on the contrary, they are driven by finesse and elegance and have great freshness that maintains interest on the palate.

This marked the beginning of new investments and the expansion of La Fleur de Boüard’s brand through a series of modern, innovative facilities focused on wine tourism and wine.

de Laforest
Born in 1956 in Saint-Émilion, Hubert de Boüard de Laforest grew up at Angelus, working in the vineyards and cellars.
He was soon destined to follow in the footsteps of the 6 generations who had preceded him on this estate.
Technical Director
Bryan Dessaint
Born in Épernay, Bryan is the grandson of winegrowers from the historic Champagne region of Dizy (Marne). From a very early age, he helped his grandfather with work in the vineyard.
With the pruning, tying, trellising, green harvesting and grape harvesting, he learnt to follow the rhythm of the seasons.
