Château La Fleur de Boüard has been the estate’s first wine since 1998. Due to the innovative know-how of Hubert de Boüard, supported by his Technical Director Bryan Dessaint and the cellar master, Kinga Hars from Angelus., Château La Fleur de Boüard has fully blossomed and is now the pillar of the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation. The wine is aged for 15 to 18 months in barrel to preserve the fruit and produce silky, elegant tannins.
With an intense and deep color, Fleur de Boüard offers a nose with a hint of red berries, blackcurrant and spices. The wine shows a good structure in mouth, soft and silky tanins. Its elegance and long length make it a vintage that stands out.
ALEXANDRE MA 2022 – 92-93/100
« The 2022 vintage is very similar to the 2020, both offering an ideal combination of intensity and softness in their very rich black fruit flavours… »
MARKUS DEL MONEGO 2019 – 94/100
“Excellent, one of the winners of this vintage. On the palate: elegant with ripe and silky tannins, rich fruit, subtle oak with discreet toasting aroma and mild spices.”
