Why privatise La Fleur de Boüard?
Privatisation keeps your event coherent: one venue, one team, consistent service. The calming vineyard landscape boosts focus and fosters meaningful conversations—backed by a family estate that blends technology, hospitality and winemaking expertise.

Privatisation formats
- Daytime privatisation: 8 am–6 pm, access to rooms, terrace and gardens.
- Evening event: 6 pm–midnight, cocktail or wine‑paired dinner.
- Full‑site privatisation: rooms + accommodation + cellar (on request, subject to schedule).
Every project receives a tailored proposal (timing, furniture, staging, safety).

On‑site accommodation
Twelve suites, two lodges and the private Pavilion provide 24 single beds (36 twin). Think family‑house spirit: high‑end bedding, vineyard views and lounge areas that keep discussions flowing after the plenary. For larger groups, we coordinate partner hotels nearby.
Gastronomy & wine pairings
From bistronomic lunches to four‑course wine‑paired dinners, our kitchen showcases South‑West produce alongside estate wines. Breaks are curated (canelés, homemade grape juice) and, in fine weather, a chic picnic on the terrace overlooks the vines.

On‑site wine experiences
- Cellar of Light immersive tour: sound & light show under 28 inverted vats + tasting of 2 wines.
- Alchemy workshop (~2 h): craft your own blend and take away your sample.
- Masterclass (~2 h): vertical tasting to understand vintage & ageing effects.
These experiences, run by our team, create a shared language and strengthen cohesion—no gimmicks needed.
