With 14 hectares of hillside vines in one block, facing south/south-east and set on a magnificent clay-limestone terroir, molasse on a bed of clay and Périgord sand. The grapes are picked at physiological ripeness and then fermented in small stainless-steel tanks followed by 16 months’ ageing in French oak barrels and in tank.
From a rare and prestigious appellation, reputed to be the best of the Saint-Émilion satellites, this ruby-coloured wine, with complex spicy notes, offers structure and complexity on the palate.
