Château du Rosaire is composed of a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines are rooted in clay-limestone and gravel-clay soils. The grapes are harvested in small crates. After cold soaking followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, the wines are aged in French oak barrels for around 10 months.
Tasting notes
The fresh, fruity and well-balanced nose is matched by good tension on the palate, smooth with a lightly acidic structure and delicate tannins.
