Why a château elevates your holiday party
A distinctive venue resets expectations: guests dress up, slow down and truly enjoy themselves. In a landscape of vines and soft light, conversations flow, teams mingle naturally and the sense of belonging grows. Far from generic halls, you offer a true experience—both photogenic and welcoming.
Your setting near Saint‑Émilion
Ten minutes from Libourne and forty from Bordeaux, La Fleur de Boüard provides spaces that adapt to your format. The daylight‑filled Vineyard Pavilion (about 180 m²) opens onto a ~240 m² panoramic terrace—perfect for welcome drinks or after‑dinner moments. The Philippe Lounge (~40 m²) doubles as a green room, photo corner or kids’ space if needed.

Staging & atmosphere
Your evening coalesces around thoughtful staging: tree and lights, warm uplighting, a smooth seating plan and brand‑coloured signage. Our team keeps the tempo (welcome, speeches, activations, dancefloor) elegant yet relaxed from start to finish.
Seasonal dining & wine pairings
Dinner showcases seasonal produce alongside estate wines. From canapés to dessert, each course can be paired with a different cuvée for simple, engaging pairings. Vegetarian and allergy‑friendly options available on request. Brunch is easy to arrange for residential formats.
A wine moment that seals the night
Between reception and dinner, a short immersion in the Cellar of Light makes for a signature highlight: scenographic pathway beneath inverted vats, followed by a guided tasting of two wines. Depending on timing, you can add a mini “Alchemy” blending moment or a brief vertical masterclass—enough meaning to enrich the party without slowing it down.
Lodging & transfers
To extend the celebration safely, the estate offers twelve suites and two lodges—24 single beds (36 twin). We coordinate extra rooms with nearby partners when needed, plus transfers from Libourne station or Bordeaux airport.
