Why wine works for team building
To assemble, compare and describe is to think as a team. You learn to listen, prioritise and seek balance. In a setting of vines and natural light, colleagues discover one another differently and leave with shared pride.
Below are three complementary formats, delivered on our estate in French or English, that fit neatly into a day meeting or residential retreat.

Workshop 1 — Alchemy: craft your team blend
Guided by our team, participants learn Bordeaux blending basics and quickly move to action: in small groups they test grape‑variety proportions, debate, iterate and converge on a common signature. The exercise reveals natural roles (spokesperson, analyst, mediator) and celebrates collective intelligence.
Each group leaves with a sample of its blend and a commented tech sheet—a perfect anchor for decisions made during the day.
Workshop 2 — Cellar of Light: immersion & shared story
Beneath the inverted vats of our gravity‑flow cellar, a scenographic pathway immerses the team in winemaking. Sight, sound and rhythm create a powerful shared narrative, extended by a guided tasting of two estate wines. This sensory perspective energises afternoon discussions and helps everyone step back.
The session slips easily after a morning of work and can be privatised for your group for comfort and confidentiality.
Workshop 3 — Vertical masterclass: vintage & ageing, made clear
Vertical tasting compares several years of the same wine. Led by a specialist, the session shows how climate and time in barrel shape texture and aromas—a strong metaphor for strategy, long cycles and decision‑making under uncertainty.
Each flight becomes an analysis drill: participants form hypotheses, challenge views and reach a reasoned synthesis—useful and enjoyable.

Logistics & event integration
Each workshop is timed precisely around your agenda (plenary, breakouts, breaks). Our team handles welcome, logistics and presentation materials. Formats are modular in duration and depth (introductory or advanced) and are delivered in French or English.
