Le Pavillon is located in the heart of the estate, right next to the vat room. This cubic design accommodation comprises two bedrooms with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, as well as a comfortable suite. The interior design is uncluttered, bright and modern, with clean lines and noble materials.
Large bay windows overlook the vineyards, ideal for waking up to a gourmet breakfast overlooking the vineyards. Everything has been thought of for your comfort: top-of-the-range bedding, air-conditioning and a cocooning area for cosy nights.

Spring and autumn are, in my opinion, the most pleasant times to plan a romantic weekend in Saint-Émilion. Between April and June, temperatures are mild, nature is in full bloom, and the vines offer an exceptionally verdant backdrop.
It’s also the ideal time to enjoy the terraces, outdoor wine tastings and bike rides through the châteaux.

Autumn, particularly between mid-September and October, coincides with the grape harvest. This is a fascinating time for wine enthusiasts, as many estates open their doors to visitors. The landscape is decked out in warm tones of gold and crimson, providing a particularly romantic visual backdrop.
Summer, though popular, can sometimes be too crowded, especially in July and August. Temperatures frequently exceed 30°C, which can make visits less enjoyable, especially in the cobbled streets of the medieval city. In winter, some establishments close or reduce their activity, but the atmosphere is more intimate.
My advice: avoid long bank holiday weekends if you’re looking for more peace and quiet, and book well in advance in high season.

Named after one of the oenology pioneers, this vat room with an area of 230m2 can accommodate approximately 120 seated guests. It also allows for dancing under the illuminated vats thanks to its favorable acoustics.
Whether it’s organizing a wedding, a family ceremony surrounded by friends, a professional seminar, a press conference, product launch, or business meeting, this space can also extend into the barrel cellar, which can also accommodate about a hundred people.
